Map Manager Log In
If you are not connected to the Anquet MapServer, then
you can't purchase or download any maps. You therefore need to make sure you
are connected to the Anquet MapServer.
How do I know if I am connected?
Inside
the Anquet software, use the menu item Tools->Map Manager to open the Map
Manager. Click on the 'My Account' tab of the Map Manager. In this page you
need to enter your email address and password. These are saved to your
computer in an encrypted form.
Then press the Sign In button. If your details are
saved on your PC, Anquet will try to automatically login to the MapServer
every time you open the Map Manager.
If you have successfully logged into the Anquet
MapServer, you will see the green text as in the image indicating that you
have logged in successfully.
What do I do if I'm not Logged In?
If you are not logged in, your first port of call
should be our MapServer Server Status
page. In the unlikely event that our service is not running, it should be
reported on that page. This page also contains links to FAQ (Frequently
Asked Questions) that should help you resolve your login and connection
issues. If that fails, then please see our
support section.
How do I create an Account?
When you install the Anquet software, the first time
the software is run, it will ask you to either input your account details or
it will take you through creating your free Anquet MapServer account.
What are my Log In details?
If you have ever logged into the Anquet website, or
used the Anquet MapServer before, then you will have an account on our
servers.
The Anquet software uses the same account details to
log in as does the website. If you know you have an account, but don't know
the details, then please see our login
resolutions page.
Please note that creating a second Anquet MapServer
account can lead to problems. All of your maps need to be on one account for
the Anquet software to access all of them. Our support department can merge
accounts, but this does take time, so it is best to identify your old
account where possible.
