Map Coverage

For most map types, the Anquet Map Server has complete country coverage. Coverage details, and overview coverage maps where applicable are available from our Map Types page.

For more detailed coverage maps and to see the coverage that you have you will need to use the Anquet software.

Viewing Map Coverage within the Anquet Software

To see coverage available from the MapServer

1. From the Map Menu on the Anquet Maps Toolbar, select the Philips GB Map

2. Use Tools->Map Manager to open the Map Manager

3. Having connected to the Anquet MapServer select the 'Map Store' tab.

4. Choose the Map Type you are interested in from the 'Map Type' drop down box

5. Check the tick box for 'Coverage available'

6. On the map, the areas available will now be shaded. This shading will work on any base maps that you have installed, not just the Philips GB map we used in this example.

To see coverage you already have on your machine, to avoid purchasing duplicate mapping:

1. From the Map Menu on the Anquet Maps Toolbar, select the Philips GB Map

2. Use Tools->Map Manager to open the Map Manager

3. Having connected to the Anquet MapServer select the 'Map Store' tab.

4. Choose the Map Type you are interested in from the 'Map Type' drop down box

5. Check the tick box for 'Current Coverage'

6. On the map, the areas you currently have installed on your machine, or available for download from the MapServer will now be shaded.  This shading will work on any base maps that you have installed, not just the Philips GB map we used in this example.
