Making Your
Purchase
Ordering from the Anquet Maps online shop couldn't be easier. Just add
the items that you wish to purchase into your basket.
When you are ready to complete your purchase, simply use
the 'Checkout' button at the bottom of the Basket
page.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Delta,
Solo, Visa Delta, and JCB. Our online shop will only
process payments for orders that we can process in accordance with these
terms and conditions.
If you wish to pay by cheque, please send your order
to the address on our Contact us page.

All of our mapping products are produced to order
ensuring that the latest software and mapping will be dispatched to you.
Any order received before 3.30 pm on a business day will be shipped the
same day.
Any order received after 3.30 pm will be shipped
on the next business day.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5%
VAT is added.

Security
When we transfer and receive certain types of sensitive information such as
financial information, we only
do this over secure web pages using https. We
do not store credit card details on our servers apart from the last four
digits to aid in recognising transactions when required.

Returns Policy
To try the Anquet software, please download our
software for free from here.
Anquet Maps products are security sealed when shipped.
We offer a no-quibble 7 day return policy for products that are returned
sealed. Any product that has had it's
security seal removed is non-replaceable unless
the CD has a manufacturing fault. No product should be returned without
first of all obtaining a returns number from our sales or
support staff.
